ZOTAC Wanted to Hide RTX 50 Series Related Information but ‘Mistakenly’ Confirmed RTX 5090 to be a 32GB GPU

The RTX 5090 is indeed a 32GB Monster

ZOTAC acted quickly before more information could be captured but the key aspects of the RTX 50 series GPUs were already saved. As many as five SKUs from the NVIDIA Blackwell lineup were confirmed on the official website.

NVIDIA RTX 5090, 5090D, 5080, 5070 Ti, and 5070 are listed in the drop-down menu of the ZOTAC website

ZOTAC briefly listed some of the RTX 50 series GPUs on its official website, including the higher-end SKUs I recently reported about, such as the RTX 5070 Ti. It acted quickly to remove all the RTX 50-related information before we could know more but thankfully, Videocardz was quick enough to capture the screenshots to show us what ZOTAC wanted to hide.

Apparently, five SKUs from the NVIDIA Blackwell lineup appeared in the drop-down menu from the Series selection. This included the flagship RTX 5090, RTX 5090D for the Chinese Market, RTX 5080, RTX 5070 Ti, and the RTX 5070. Right now none of these could be found on the site. However, there were some more important leaks, which exposed the RAM capacity and type of these cards.

From the filter section, one could filter the GPUs based on the memory configuration and ZOTAC’s filtering options included the “GDDR7” and “32GB“. This confirms that the RTX 50 series GPUs are equipped with GDDR7 memory and the flagship RTX 5090 card will have 32 Gigs of VRAM. However, everything now has been pulled back and I couldn’t find anything related to the RTX 50 series GPUs even in the source code.

Nonetheless, since we already have the screenshots, consider these specs to be confirmed. We are about a few weeks away from NVIDIA launching its RTX 50 series GPUs at CES 2025. In fact, it already announced the event by starting the GeForce Greats event to hype up the CES presentation. Some of the SKUs have already been in the rumors and leaks, revealing the possible specifications.

This includes the RTX 5070 Ti being shipped with 16GB GDDR7 VRAM as well as the RTX 5060 and 5060 Ti, both using the same GPU die but 8GB and 16GB RAM configurations respectively. However, none of these 60-class cards were spotted on ZOTAC’s website, which means they are probably going to launch in the late Feb or early Mar as I reported today.
