Apex Legends has been rocking since it was first released in 2019 but had team Deathmatch mode missing which fans wished for a long time. Apex Legends is although mainly Battle Royale but the Team Deathmatch mode is not uncommon in Battle Royale games.
It looks like the developer Respawn Entertainment has finally listened to their wishes and released a video titled “Apex Legends: Revelry Launch Trailer”.
This video introduces the Team Deathmatch mode and in the trailer, we can see that as many as 6 players will be on each team. This will be the standard 6v6 gameplay that will have fast respawns.
EA has also added a blog post on its official website and has explained the game mode in detail. According to Kotaku, the first team to take two rounds wins the match or the first team to reach 30 kills.
The Developer is also bringing the Rotating Mode Playlist as requested by the fans. It added,
The Apex Legends Revelry will launch on February 14 as per the video trailer. The blog post also talks about the Remastered Legend Classes and this time there won’t be any new Legend but instead, a reworked Class system with 5 Classes as follows:
- Assault
- Recon
- Skirmisher
- Controller
- Support
Each class will be unique and there will be some buffs and nerfs to balance the game even more.
Currently, Apex Legends is free to play on Steam and has more than 500K Very Positive ratings. However, Respawn is also closing down the Apex Legends Mobile permanently this year which has disappointed many fans.
