Nvidia to increase production of RTX 3060 and cut RTX 2060 supply

RTX 3060

Gamers all over the world are quite annoyed with the unavailability of GPUs that are caused by a shortage of Chips and also due to miners. Therefore, many gamers are eager to get their hands on the latest GPU but are getting their hands restrained due to the above facts.

However, there is some good news that Nvidia brings along to ensure that the issues caused by the miners are resolved. Recently to fight the same, Nvidia is adding LHR (Lite Hash Rate) technology in their latest GPUs that will restrict mining of various cryptocurrency algorithms.

We have already seen that cryptocurrency falling quite a bit over the past few weeks and due to this fact, Nvidia has decided to cut off the supply of NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 graphics card by half and when the production will be back in action, it will prioritize the GeForce RTX 30 series cards.

Due to the addition of LHR, the upcoming cards will become available for gamers and PC users rather than getting in the hands of miners. The LHR has not been bypassed yet and therefore, the step taken by Nvidia is really inspiring.
