Inno3D GeForce RTX 5090 iChill X3 Leaked: A Triple Fan 3.5-Slot Monster with 32GB Memory

A possible reveal tomorrow

NVIDIA RTX 5090 Appears for the First Time, Here is How the Inno3D RTX 5090 GPU and its Box Looks

There isn’t much time left before NVIDIA unveils its RTX 50 series Blackwell GPUs. The first one to be released is supposedly the GeForce RTX 5080 but the RTX 5090 is supposedly also getting a reveal at the same time. It’s not confirmed whether the RTX 5090 will be launched for retail stores alongside the RTX 5080 but at least we will be getting the official reveal tomorrow.

Before we could even see a glimpse of the GeForce RTX 5090 Founders Edition, an AIB edition appeared out of nowhere, and thankfully, it’s not a teaser or stuff. It’s an actual full picture of the GPU. Videocardz exclusively got the leak from its sources and showcased the GeForce RTX 5090 from NVIDIA’s board partner, Inno3D. This one is the RTX 5090 iChill X3 edition, featuring a triple fan design with RGB lighting and a brushed aluminum shroud.

The GPU box reveals that the RTX 5090 comes with 32GB GDDR7 memory, which ZOTAC and Acer confirmed previously. The box also reveals the card’s thickness, which is 3.5-slot for this particular edition. We don’t know the thickness of the Founders Edition but one should expect a triple-slot design for the RTX 5090. On the other hand, the GeForce RTX 5080 could be a dual-slot card as we recently saw in a teaser by NVIDIA. These are all speculations but one should expect these GPUs as thick and bulky as their predecessors.

The RTX 5090 iChill X3 edition may be slightly more power-hungry than the Founders Edition. The flagship and premium GPU editions from AIBs usually bring higher boost clocks and TDPs. The Founders Edition RTX 5090 is expected to bring a TDP of 575W, which is 125W higher than the RTX 4090. Expect AIB editions to go beyond 600W under full load.

The GeForce RTX 5090 will be the fastest gaming GPU ever, featuring 21760 Cuda Cores, 32GB GDDR7 memory on a 512-bit memory bus, and 28 Gbps of memory speed. With such a memory configuration, it will deliver 1792 GB/s of memory bandwidth, which is unbelievably high.
