AMD is going tough on Intel for several years since the release of its first-gen Ryzen processors. The plan for AMD is to dominate both the desktop and laptop market with faster and more efficient processors. AMD already has its plans to release the Ryzen 6000 series processors in the first half of 2022 as it is already in mass production.
The 6000 series processors will use the AM5 platform that will come with LGA 1718 socket making the processors pin-less. The Ryzen 6000 series although won’t use the Zen 4 architecture but according to recent tweets by a prominent leaker on Twitter, Greymon55, the next-gen mobile processors will use Zen 4 architecture, namely- Phoenix-H and Raphael-H.

In one Tweet, he reports that the Phoenix-H will come with up to 8 cores/16 threads and with a maximum TDP of 35W. The Raphael-H will compete with the top Intel mobile processors featuring up to 16 cores/32 threads with a TDP of 45W and above. Both of these chips will be based on 5nm and it is more likely that AMD will use Ryzen 7000 banner for these mobile CPUs if they don’t skip the naming convention.
