Intel Core Ultra 200 Non-K and F SKU Boxes Leaked Early: Will Ship with Stock Heatsinks

Expect them to ship soon

The leaked CPU boxes are a bit different from the Core Ultra 200K processors in color theme but are similar to them in design. These boxes are bigger since they ship with the heatsinks, which Intel usually does with non-overclockable chips.

Core Ultra 5, 7, and 9 Non-K and F CPU Boxes Revealed: Boxes are Colored Blue Rather than Black

Intel has readied its newer batch of Arrow Lake CPUs aka Core Ultra Series 2 for the desktop and we now know how will these boxes look. The processor boxes were leaked by the prominent leaker @momomo_us, who posted five SKU boxes, including the Core Ultra 9, Core Ultra 7, and Core Ultra 5 family SKUs.

These include both the non-K series and F series processors, which are part of the desktop Arrow Lake family. However, the color theme of these boxes is Blue and not Black as was the case with the first CPUs batch, which had five SKUs. While the exact model of these CPUs isn’t written on these boxes, these are definitely the following:

  1. Intel Core Ultra 9 285
  2. Intel Core Ultra 7 265
  3. Intel Core Ultra 7 265F
  4. Intel Core Ultra 5 245/235/225
  5. Intel Core Ultra 5 225F

Apart from Core Ultra 5 processors, it’s easier to guess other SKUs since the Core Ultra 9 and 7 families have fewer SKUs. Since Core Ultra 9 285F doesn’t exist, the only one left is the Core Ultra 9 285 but there is one more model called Core Ultra 9 285T, which should be launching later. Each of these processors will be shipped inside a bigger box than the K models as these bring stock heatsinks inside the box.

Intel will probably launch all the non-K and F SKUs together and later on follow up with additional SKUs such as the “T” models, which offer ultra-low power consumption, and the rumored Core Ultra 3 series SKUs as well. While the exact date isn’t known yet, we can expect these to be unveiled at CES 2025 when we will have all kinds of PC hardware launches from various vendors.
